This tool assesses the “being” of leadership. Leadership Circle Profile TM is the first 360-degree assessment tool to connect a well-researched battery of leadership competencies with underlying and motivating internal assumptions that drive behavior. It measures two crucial leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reaction Tendencies, and integrates information in a way that allows leadership strengths and development opportunities to emerge. Results are confidential to you and your coach. They are not shared with AIP or your company.

This tool assesses the “doing” of leadership. AIP Executive 360 is custom built tool that measures leadership effectiveness specifically in the AIP environment. The competencies that are measured are derived directly from data on AIP’s most successful C-suite leaders, and will provide insight into the strategic actions leaders can take to further their development and performance. Results will be shared with the Talent team at AIP, you and your coach. Only general themes will be available to any other evaluators.

This short survey collects cohort-level data that measures growth and development as a result of your participation in Alpha Lab. It also contributes to a body of research that is measuring how this program’s design advances leadership, work relationships and performance. The research is conducted as a set of surveys fellows take throughout Alpha Lab, and also includes a brief survey that your boss and direct reports will take at program start and program completion. All responses are confidential. Only cohort-level data will be shared with AIP. No individual data is shared.

Receive access to your Leadership Circle survey account

Identify and personally invite your evaluators to participate

Due: 8/2

Input your evaluators' names and emails for each 360 HERE.  The Alpha Lab team will then send each evaluator their survey.

8/4/2026

LCP self-survey opens 

Note: There is no self-survey for the AIP Executive 360

Evaluators complete their 360s

All 360 assessments (LCP,  LCP self-survey, AIP Exec) close at 11:00 PM EST.  The deadline cannot be extended.
